“Have you ever been to Faithful?
To Truth His only Son
Did you bi-pass All That’s Evil
Since time was first begun

Did you look on True Perfection?
Did you see His smiling face?
Did you wonder your election?
Because of past disgrace

Did He tell you not to worry?
Taking you by the hand
Whispering ‘no need to hurry
In time you’ll understand’

Did you feel The Glow within you?
Perceive those eyes aflame?
Witness The Wind, and as it blew
He softly called your name

Did you see Supreme Endurance?
Long Suffering and Grace
Who gave with Sweet Assurance
Salvation’s Warm Embrace

Did He touch your heart touch your soul?
Reveal to you True Love
Promise you Help toward life’s goal
To show The Way above

Did you see the holes in hands and feet?
The punctures on His brow
Upon His face a smile so sweet
That brought your knees to bow

Did your eyes fill up with tears?
Did your heart feel all aglow?
Did He vanquish all your fears?
Saying ‘I love you so’”
