What A Dragon Poem by Howard Kern

What A Dragon

Being 4-F,
A SEAL, I could not be.
God had other plains,
A backwoods patriot is what you see.
Mocking birds peck cats,
To make them understand.
When you mess with TEXAS,
You have a DRAGON on your hands.
The EAGLES breath is tuff,
When the DRAGON you see.
EAGLES don't ring bells,
For they must be free.
EAGLES are DRAGONS,
Ask a MOCKINGBIRD and you will see.
Baackwoods patriots from TEXAS,
Are sleeping DRAGONS that will remain FREE!
