sunny days come and go
today is just another day
another day to learn and grow

wind blowing ever so softly
the trees, the leaves,
the sun and sky,
just another day to take in

so filled with boredom
but who ever knew
today could be the day
when all things could change
and make tomorrow okay

this life is short
so lets all just love
cuz this life is short
we'll all be above

this little leaf that fell off its tree
has lived its life fully
and come to an end
leaving behind the tree that made it
moving on freely
where the wind takes it

and for you i'll love
and for you i'll go
for you i'll carry
carry on the love
that i couldn't give you
that you never took
cuz life is short
lets all live above

and this day of boredom
has changed my life
fullfilling my hopes
until i die
today has come through
tomorrow will pass
and all that is good
will stay here to last.
