my heart may beat
but its dead inside
once alive and happy
now in pieces, shattering
no longer whole
it broke in two
bleeding on the inside
barbed wire stabbing.....
living through another
to be
one day might see the light at the end
to no longer be broken, bleeding and blind
to shine in the day
glow at night
but i can no longer think of light
only that of pain
when the pain isn't around
i am numb
I have lost everything
cuz i gave it to you
