Should I tell them
What I have learnt?
Or should I stand by
And let them make
Their own mistakes?
Watch their suffering?
To tell them would
Make them different.
Take away the dreams
Someone told us
Would render our lives complete.
I know otherwise.
You would say
'She can't be happy'.
I am.
You would think
'Her life must be empty'
It's not.
What use wisdom
When I know
No-one will want
To hear
No-one will want
To believe
The truth?

I would like to translate this poem
A sweet lie is liked and a blunt truth is disliked-The wisdom fails in these two cases.
