When i found out that i we were going to have an addition to the family
I was so happy and couldn't wait to see
I couldn't wait to see how you'de look
And when i did, my breath you took
I always wanted to be a big sis
For that was always my hearts wish
When i held u for the first time, i was in awww..
I couldn't believe what i saw
You were so cute and small
I couln't wait until you could walk and crawl
From changing your diapers to seeing u cry
I was always there to wipe you dry
I held your little hands, as u took your first steps
All the memories of u, i surely kept......
As the years passed us by and i watched u grow
How much i love u, you'll never know
We've shared clothes to secrets
And happy times to hardships
Yet we know that we can always lean on eachother
From now and until forever......
Though I got married and left u at such a young age
My heart was torn, like a book with a missing page
I still remember that day....
As if it were yesterday.......
You've grown up into someone so beautiful, inside and out
I see that without a doubt
Though the distance and waters may separate us, i keep u close to heart....
For it is there i have loved u from the start.....
God knew i needed a baby sis
For he put you on my list......
And i wouldn't change a thing
For all the joy that u bring
Your my sister and my bestfriend
And u always will be until the end....
If ever, i don't wake to another day
Just know that i've loved you all of my days...
