When Christ Means Everything

When troubles have far exceeded
The sin, through constant strife
Jesus is vitally needed
With patience guiding life

To God, swiftness is no concern
When wisdom comes to reign
When patiently these facts we learn
Time will threat in vain

When bellies burning with fire
Cause us, to walk as blind
While Heaven is our desire
Ice should be on our mind

Unlike carousels in a park
When joyful round we go
This world revolves in the dark
Devoid of Heaven’s Glow

We need God’s Lamp burning inside
Enlightening heart and soul
As Councillor, as personal Guide
For life, to make us whole

With the King of all creation
For unity to be
Establish communication
One’s life as He, to see

God’s Spirit comes not by water
But hunger and though thirst
To be God’s son, or His daughter
We need to know Him first

Jesus to know, is Jesus to love
To live and walk His Way
With eyes loyally trained above
Beyond the youngest day…..
