God's free gift of mercy and grace
He gives you pardon
because you have faith.
Faith in His Son Jesus Christ
The one who gives you eternal life.
Jesus regenerates your very dead soul
Because in your sin you had no control.
For in the flesh you were a slave to sin
You had no Holy Spirit deep within.
Deep within your spirit man-
Your spirit was far from God's hand.
So by your faith you speak salvation
And your heart is convicted
It has the Holy Spirit once you confess
Your sins and gets God's compassion.
For God is the one who redeems your soul
Gives you His Holy Spirit in case you didn't know.
