When I Laughed Poem by Sari Mavi

There was a time when I found it hard to be grateful for anything
I was happy, more or less, but I couldn't feel 'grateful'

But I did notice, when I laughed,
I did feel grateful. I felt appreciation.

It was a deep feeling of appreciation.

If you have trouble feeling grateful
Think of one thing

Anything
That makes you laugh

You will find it much easier to be grateful 
When you are laughing; Laughing is a path to appreciation

So, Appreciation Begins Within
