When I looked you in the eye
But you turned away
Was my character too bold?
If not, than why won't you stay?
I have a fear of loneliness
Only you can cure
And when your straight turns to smiles
That truth seems less absurd

This love has followed me through
And my heart was taken by you

But it is the truth
