I'm in bed

The song you can guess
From the the title of the poem

No matter how long you live
You will be dead longer
Someday soon it'll be my time
To part with my breath
Will i fall with a fight

Or will my eulogy read
He was a peaceful man
Went down without a fight
Will they quote my poems

When I'm gone
When i can no longer swing a pen
Let not my poetry go with me
Share it

Where I'll go
I won't write
It'll be where I've always written about
I'll be home
