Oftentimes burden becomes heavy
Problems seem more ugly and hopeless
Blaming and cursing will be useless
Face reality
Fight your own battle
Open the window of your heart for courage
Stop being quitters
You are born winners
Let not emotions rule your life
Be prepared to really welcome strife
Hear the laughing water from the fountain
Remember your life is a 'mountain'
You can climb if you persevere
