When You Said Good-Bye
I gave you my heart
made you my world
you told me you loved me
said i was your girl
things were perfect
there for a while
we were in love
you made me smile
then one day you told me
things happened so fast
that your love for me
was in the past
you said you saw it in my eyes
and our love was out the door
but the pain you caused when you said good-bye
God that hurt me so much more
