Whence And Where? Poem by John Bannister Tabb

Whence And Where?

Do the blossoms come and go
As the waters ebb and flow?
Or, as stars, the livelong year,
Are they ever blooming here
In a garden of delight,
Clear or clouded to the sight
As the Seasons o'er the land
Lift or lower a wizard wand?
