Where are you?
Why can't I find you?
I search and search
In this darkness
Hoping to find
Your cleansing light

I've seen you before
You travel through linked hands
And warm those who are together
So what's different about me?

I can hold hands too!
But I don't feel your warmth,
And I can't mimic the blissful smiles
I see on those who walk hand-in-hand

Why do you never come to me
When I yearn for you so
Why am I always looking for you
When you're always around?

Why can't I find you, love?
