Where Are You? Poem by Cody A. Buckmaster

Where Are You?

Rating: 4.5

Im staring at the stars,
Wondering where you are.

Watching from the towers,
Minutes feel like hours.

The longest day of my life,
Cut the tension with a knife.

Your eyes are like beams,
I see them in my dreams.

I need some quiet time to think,
While I try not to blink.

I can still hear your laugh,
Measured on a graph.

One to a million,
You get a billion.

I want this feeling to pass,
Hope it happens fast.

It came from above,
I still need your love.
