Where Does Thy Love Dwell Poem by Rich Harney

Where Does Thy Love Dwell

Where does thy love dwell,
In a summer's night?
Nay, not a twilight eve,
But a heart upright.

Where does thy love dwell
In the robin's den?
Nay, little bird…
A sinner's prayer, just then.

Where does thy love dwell
In the tempest sea?
Nay, not the deep
But the good in ye.

Where does thy love dwell
In the valley grand?
Love pleased to dwell
In a carpenter's hand.
