Why did you go
didnt you hear me call your name
didnt you hear me say no?

the things i wanted to say
just for you to stay
it could have been ok
didnt want you to go away
even to be keeping to at bay

why hadnt you listened
why didnt you wait
you said i wasnt there
wasnt around
an didnt care

but you were ever so wrong
i was always around, being there
waing for you to see me
though somehow you hadnt know
or didnt see
or want me to be
around
waiting with you

i dont know why
i try
to say
something to make you stay..................
