Why Despair Poem by Omar Osman Jabak

Why Despair

When you lose money, don't despair.
Maybe you lost it, and it was fair.
Who knows it could have been a lot of trouble;
It could have made the price even double?
When a friend betrays you, don't despair.
Maybe you lost them for some who care!
Who knows it could have been a lot of pain;
They could have rendered you even insane?
When love walks away, don't despair.
Maybe it wasn't true or sincere.
Who knows it could have been worse;
And that seeming love was just a curse?
When hope is gone, don't despair.
You still can find it somewhere.
So long as you breathe, why despair?
Life is beautiful and God is FAIR!
