'Why did God have to die? '
ensnared by the pains of the mortal cross,
like a wingless dove whose ways were lost.
Fallen upon the hate of a sun parched ground,
his screams to heaven mortals utters not a sound.
Leaves us then his spirit to combat the flesh,
is this enough to bear life's unbearable test?
And again i ask,
'why did God have to die? '
