Why do some say that you have gone to heaven?
Yet others say you are no more? ,
Why was you taken from me
What was it all for? .

Why was we bought together?
For god to then be taken away,
Why is my heart broken in two
Why didn't he let you stay.

Why do they say that time is a healer?
Yet I feel in so much pain,
The hurt I feel might get easier
But without you my life will never be the same.

They say that one day we will meet again
I can only hope that this is true,
Because my life is now so empty
Since the day that I lost you.
