Why We Fight The War Poem by Tony Smith

Why We Fight The War

All of us volunteered to fight for the United states, Some came mainly Because we where bored at home, Thought this looked like fun, Some of us came because we would be ashamed not to, Many of came because i was the right thing to do. All of us have seen men die, No man has to bow, No man born to royalty, Here we judge you by what you do, Not of who your father was, You can be something. Its the idea that we all have value, What we are fighting for in the end, We are fighting for eachother.
