Winter Love Lost Good-Bye

Rating: 5.0

Love is blind so they say
Music plays as their bodies sway
Glory seeks a place in those hearts
Love is the act as they play their parts
Midnight falls
Juggling snow balls
He collapses his hand on her waist
Backs a bit & whispers its too late
Home was her destination
For tomorrow he shall wait
Good-byes were sent through
cold breezes Warmed by a kiss
exchanged glances & a prayer on his lips
''for tomorrow I shall wait''
Tomorrow never came
For the lass was gone
Snow buried her figure
by the end of dawn
each winter became
colder then the other
his sister comforts
''be patient brother''
''if only I held her tighter''
''let her settle until the sun was brighter''
Aging was never patient
As time passed by
Hair was grayed for ever
he promised him self to cry
through these winter cold breezes
lays a lost good-bye
tomorrow never keeps a promise
actions must be done
with no question or a why.
