Wish Never Ends - 2

Would that
I were a bird!

I could not be a bird
But something I have invented
With that I can fly
Like the bird in the sky;

Would that
I could be a tree
Would catch flower, fruit
Could offer other free,

I could not be the tree
But I have been someone
That I can grow tree
Offer flower, fruit to human.

Would that
I could know miracle that
I could cure any disease
Of living beings,

I could not learn such
But I have been doctor
Can cure as miraculous
Patients be soon better;

Thus I wish on to do for human
Thus I'll go on as wish never ends.
