Wishes Adrift On A Beach Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Wishes Adrift On A Beach

Rating: 5.0

Some wishes reach
A ripe old age,
And still remain virgin,
Some might get fulfilled nigh young,
But most remain for long hung,
Left to age in hope of some green,
It's sin to keep wishes in cage,
Or leave adrift on a beach.

A brilliant poem full of wisdom and with a meaningful message. Wishes in life must be pursued no matter what. For if it is left on its own, life is aimless and wanders without soul. Very well crafted and executed write.
