Woman 1 Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Woman 1

Woman 1

Don't ask me
-not to see beauty.

Don't ask me
-not to want missing part.

I learned when my father
-slept and poured sperm
-in the womb of mother.

"Women are important! "
"Women are important! "
"Women are important! "

"They can be angel and…"
"They can be angel and…"
"They can be angel and…"

"They can be Satan and…"
"They can be Satan and…"
"They can be Satan and…"

"They can be mother and…"
"They can be sisters and…"

They can be…
They can be…
They can be…

Friends or enemies…
Savour or the devil…

I learned it as fetus,

Women are part of us
-different, one with us
-mingle but keep apart
-share a roof not a heart
-women are duplicates
-of the fog and cloud!
