A plant root that be medicine not,
There is no man unfit upon earth,
Rare a man that knows one's hidden worth.

What a fine piece, an observation of human behaviour! We easily condemn a person saying he is useless. What we don't realise: our own limitation in finding out what a person is good at. Everyone has some special talent. Every stone has a special quality, precious in some special way, but we equate all stones. We pigeon-hole people, and put them in arbitrary slots.
