Worthless's Melody Poem by Cat Windham

Worthless's Melody

A fallen tear, a cry of fear
This is my cheer
An agonized cry, a child's plight
This is my sight
The silence of death, an odorous bed
This is all in my head
The cold pierce to the bone, a cruel wind's blow
This is my soul
The scream of torture unseen, the snore of eternal sleep
This is the true me
A happy cry, a love-stricken sigh
This is my lie
The whisper of the gone, a sweet sad song
This is my call
The masters call for his slave, a heartless game
This is my name
For my name is Worthless and shall forever be
And Tormented and Slow is my Melody
