In such grace
Now parchment
For poet's taste
Yes, trees are monuments that serve as poetic milestones
such beautiful trees bearing leaves to oxygenate the world, berries to feed birds and squirrels, and branches to bear nests---to be cut down and sliced into paper---penning a poem on a hundred years----you have made me think
