Yes
she may be right
but eternity has got incredibly smaller
and I am quite fond of these angels

I understand them completely
I know what they are telling me
I know why they are caressing me

to them we are still the same age
they watch me play
and they give me advice
they read the microscopic books I write
which I cut and I sew
which I bind myself
which I illustrate with immense
synoptic tables
