Yesterday Today And Tomorrow. Poem by Geoffrey Fafard

Yesterday Today And Tomorrow.

Rating: 5.0

So if tomorrow comes a little later
And yesterday is dead and gone
Pick up the bits you have left today
whilst you merrily move along

For this will be soon yesterday
And tomorrow has still not come
With yesterday still in hand
Today is tomorrows bomb

Clean out of here you will be blown
I knew that man someone said
I met him only yesterday
And look today he's dead.

Well put, Geoffrey. A Monday evening smile and a laugh for me, thank you for sharing. There is an old saying, Tomorrow never comes.

Thank you John. A smile and a chuckle will certainly get us a step or two past Monday. Cheers my friend. Geoffrey.
