Yin Yang Poem by Brian Ely

Yin Yang

Filled with anguish
Bitterness,
A dance with inner sweetness
Around and around
As the earth doth spin
Both night and day
Until one of them wins
But today i know
I realised
They dance the tears away
Extinguishing the flame
Until the memory subsides
And fades into void
Never again annoyed
Only calm truths
Ever in youth
The sadness an ocean
Cried from our heaven
Yet we swim
