The bare truth is - You belong to me;
From the moment I first set my eyes on you
I wanted you to be mine forever.
Since you are,
In a crowd, no one else can see you,
Or hear a word about you except me.
My love for you possesses this subtleness.
And, you need not open your heart to me,
That speaks about your unfailing love and faith;
A small thing, though,
I can read the words written on it.
Our hearts, the same size as our clenched hands,
Do not spill our emotions or confidences;
The shadows seen are not cast by us but by time;
Again said the bare truth is - you belong to me.
