It has been a while
I never did really smile
I talked to you again
After almost a year with no end

You changed
But you came
I have waited for you
For I always knew

I knew only dark
For it was then you left
You took my last star
You created a theft

But you are back
That is all that matters
You picked up the slack
That made me even sadder...

I see you
You are here
You are so near
But you are so new...

You came
That you did
But you are not the same
As the one I knew back then...
