You Know You Poem by Ray Hansell

You Know You

Don't listen to others
For they think they always knows what's best
But believe me when I tell you
You're just as smart as all the rest

Sure there will be other people
Who will always criticize
But remember, these are people
Whose own faults they don't recognize

So, don't let other people
Run your life for you
You are the only one who can decide
What is and isn't right for you
