You'Ll Be Through This Soon Poem by Janice M Pickett

Hey there beautiful person
I know how tough it is right now
as I too have been where you are

I was at my lowest ebb
I feared everything and believed
that there was no hope for me.
I suffered from severe depression.
Panic attacks haunted my life
Doctors wanted to medicate me
I said NO.
Nothing was working
and I was sure I was dying

Then I found myself.
Yes that's right I found ME
hidden deep down there
longing to come out.

I discovered that everything
I was going through was triggered
by my surroundings and a need
to change them
it was in my food and in the way
I thought at the time.

You must look into your soul
and see the real you hiding there.
Give that person a chance
to rise up and be heard,

Find your talent and go for it
change what is eating you up
spit it out and see what
life has to offer you.

You are and have the power
within.

Pray and God will answer
when he knows you have found
yourself.
He is waiting for the moment you
admit what is hurting you so.
Then he will pounce
bringing you so much joy
you will feel elation
you have never felt before.

This is your time
this is my message

(from one who suffered but now is whole
happy and as you will be soon)

You are his child
you will be fine.
