You say you love me, but
Those words fall onto an empty heart
You say it over and over, and
You wait for me to answer back
How can I say it?
When I do not feel it.
I have feelings for you
But they are not the same,
I do not love you,
But I cant lose you,
Your my friend but not my love
How can I tell you this?
What can I say?
I'm sorry my friend
I softly whisper back
I love you too
Lies will have to do until
I can tell you how I truly feel
