You The Player Poem by Suelynn Walters

You The Player

No good are you with winning love
Your mind so distracted from the truth
Yet you keep a score of games you play
You stand there wild eyed and aloof
My dear friend where's it getting you
Just to play with someone's heart
Another heart broken you give so
When they find it was a game from start
You The Player

How you use words to win love over
You know it's all so very wrong indeed
But you will laugh at this very game
And how you was set out to only deceive
You play with the heart strings you do
Not a care about how someone will cry
Is this game becoming boring to you
Or are you that vicious and cold inside
You The Player
