Deepak Sawhney (10 Dec 50 / DehraDun, India)
There was a time
Tender moments divine
Your ubiquitous fragrance sublime
Wish I could’ve imprisoned it to be forever mine.
Now that you are in some place new
Gone without saying adios or adieu
Even if I were to ask you why
I know that you know - that true love can never die.
You can’t blame me if the memories still remain
So does your fragrance, you left behind; eternally sustain.
