When I talk to you
I fall silent
Not because I have nothing to say
But because I am listening
To your calm and gentle voice
I can feel the tenderness in your tone
I close my eyes
And let the feeling overwhelm me
You ask if I can hear you
Yes, I hear you well and clear
But your voice is like a caress
And I want to hold that feeling forever
