* Your Whispers * Poem by ANJALI SINHA

* Your Whispers *

Rating: 3.1

Your whispers I heard
Even though in a crowd
From your sorrows of silence
Rose my song of love
I flew past you
Like zephyr so gentle
But you heard not my groans
Cos youre lost in your world

The crimson of the wines
From the goblets you have
To thee I swear
From the depths of my heart
There shall not be another
Another Majnu
Like how thou art
