that there's nothing good nothing bad
that there's nothing mine nothing yours
no significance of seconds no count of hours

ohh the quiet
standing still like a heavy curtain
like dust on an old carpet
like the photograph of a scream

its a not-night again
the electric sky littered with what are not stars
but salt of the marrow
the marrow which holds not blood

Tonight let it rain
to wet not just the skin
but to drench the soul
let every droplet trickle down
...
