I've cried too long now
It's time for me to realise

I hate you!
You take everything away
You always leave me nothing

I prayed yesterday
Prayed for him to pull through this
Tears escaped as my voiced cracked

Reaching into this darkness
holding out a hand
searching for help
Sharp blades scratching

trudging through these lonely paths
