By the doorway sits her shoes
They've walked many blocks and avenues,
They have stepped upon many stones and rocks
And many times though, without any socks.

You'll have no regret
A pledge you did accept
In peace you will have slept.

She told me that she hopes I become a billionaire
And that all of my wishes would always come true,
Then I would find peace and happiness, everywhere
And never again, would I be and feel sad and blue.

Be you a friend or even a stranger
Around me there is no danger,
I don't care from where you came
In me, you'll never see any shame.

One day you will be dead
From what the paper will have said,
And no one will really care
And for you there will be not one single prayer.

Tell me, how do you sleep at night
Do you sleep with terror, or maybe fright,
Do you have dreams, or do you have nightmares
Or do you have visions about retribution or bewares.

If I crawl
I will stand up once again,
And if I fall
I will again rise with a grin.
...

Upon the pearly gate
Many will pray and wait,
But, it will not be opened with hate
Not that one gate.

God had a plan for me
As I still look and see,
And whenever I say a prayer
I know that God is always there.

Tell your mother that you love her
Whenever to her you ever speak,

On everyday, of every single week.
