Of a gentle and tender tone,
A softness set in motion,
To make my heart her very own.

Spring arrives in glorious fashion,
The trees burst forth in green,
She comes in so filled with passion,
And changes the natural scene.

Along the path of stepping stones,
Winding through the scented air,
Colors flow in many tones,
From the garden flowers there.

I walk among the dead long gone,
Near granite stones so quiet and still,
Searching for the ones I've never known,
Loved ones wishes to fulfill.

Soft clouds drift slowly over,
The village in the valley below,
Dotting the landscape with shadows,
Dancing to and fro.

This is your day to celebrate,
Your day to be the star,
And a perfect time to tell you,
How very special you are.

An angry sea, a thirst to quench,
