Because I'm here and seen it all, makes some blind to the fall
Never lie, just twist the truth. Prices paid for eternal youth Stayed right here but traveled far, wandered by a shooting star
Dreamed of one who astray was led. Love and anger, felt not said To myself back again, rainy days, fair-weather friends
Know it all yet speak no sooth. Prices paid for eternal youth Try my best to carry on, sometimes right and always wrong

Roses for the blond girl who went a little red.
Roses for the lunatic, mind left cold and dead.
Roses for the college girl, with whom I shared the bread.
Roses for the flower girl, and roses for the dead. Roses for all the ones still trapped by jealousy.

Try to show them, but they lie still blind.
Try to tell them, but words lie unheard. Tired eyes, tortured spirit.
Windows open, still no one sees in
To try and find me, I lie still alone

Eternal Youth

Because I'm here and seen it all, makes some blind to the fall
Never lie, just twist the truth. Prices paid for eternal youth Stayed right here but traveled far, wandered by a shooting star
Dreamed of one who astray was led. Love and anger, felt not said To myself back again, rainy days, fair-weather friends
Know it all yet speak no sooth. Prices paid for eternal youth Try my best to carry on, sometimes right and always wrong
Next to you I saw the truth. Prices paid for eternal youth
Priceless paid. Eternal youth.
