I am a smaller and smaller part of all there is-
Everything is expanding at an accelerating rate

DREAMING OF TIMES THAT WILL NEVER BE AGAIN

Dreaming of times that will never be again
Of worlds as they once were

DESPAIR IS NOT WHERE IT WAS

Despair is not where it was
I am going somewhere else-

I DON'T HAVE A POEM IN ME

I don't have a poem in me-
The almond tree is poem enough-

Will God ever reveal it all to us?

What does it all mean?
And what will I be
Not only at the end of this poem

EVEN THE LOW GREY CEILING

Even the low grey ceiling
Cannot completely daunt the light
...

How will I survive?
If I cannot re-enter cyberspace
Am I alive?
...

I will die anyway
Oblivion has a long time
It can wait for someone forever-
It will eventually encompass all-
