My complexion deepens to that of a rose
And emotions meant to be hidden, soon arise.

I shall shade in your hair like the night sky.
From that sky I take two stars,
Placing them deep within your eyes.

Barefoot, but still I manage to walk.
My tears scattered along the miles behind me.

"You're sleepy eyed in the mornings;
a passion filled lover at night.
You're positively negative,
And all your wrongs are right.

It's been over a year,
And I'm still fighting for us.
16 months of tears,
So much broken trust.

'Deciphering voices through the static,
Ocean waves bow to your tears.
Dropping faster than LSD addicts,
Trips become your inner most fears.

'I want the dark.
I want that pitch black insanity
Crawling up my torso, and gripping
At my heart until my veins close

'Maybe later she will see me,
And Glide towards my blushed cheeks.
Perhaps her grace will humble us all,
And my rosy complexion will eventually fade.

Just pretend you can't hear.
Photoshop the red off my wrists,
Buy me a two way mirror.
