My life was lately
on the go...
sleeping bag and travel kit,
and late moon's show
...
He came somewhere
From the distance
How long he's traveled
I don't know
...
How do you look, my village
in the wintery mountain valley?
Is the old house still standing?
Are your young boys now dying?
...
Traffic on the road,
guess what comes to mind
in my pensive state
memories I find
...
I said to him: Hey, hey...!
A smile popped with the Red Rose on the way.
A Cyber Rose he gave- from his heart to mine,
A pause... then we cheered with wine.
...
Return to me
Late at night
When New York sleeps,
We will watch the night's glow
...
He came from the Eastern Sphere
Told me I'd find him there:
Where the starlight's mixed with the shore
I can find him once more
...
Taken deep into the night
I often think of you,
Then I visit my village,
But find a different view
...
The sun's out in Brooklyn
It's a beautiful day:
There's a picture of you
...
It was dark...
when I left the house this morning
Not much fun, working this long hours
...
Solace by the water...
listen to the tides
if you wish to find me
in imperfect hides
...
Fireworks
My life was lately
on the go...
sleeping bag and travel kit,
and late moon's show
you came, untied the
strings...
of adventure, reassurance,
gave my soul wings
you're the warm feeling
inside of me,
you can stay or leave,
fade away or be free
to look for certainty
I won't...
not sure what's granted
to me here on earth
a glimpse of eternity
would be a bliss,
simple things inspire me
like a late night- kiss
I can grasp for thoughts
that- linger on...
because in you I found
that special someone
when the hot summer
heat subsides
we can again drive in
circles, look for new tides
with hands outstretched to
a different sky-
induced by the fireworks
of this- Fourth of July
