Made of bone china, it can be chipped, broken if dropped.

I don't know why,
certain things are written
and others are not.

One must never be too busy for a poem,
or a good book,
for life is long but so is it short
and whilst a day with purpose is well spent

Love has stilled,
the waters of my heart.
Tamed the floods,
that shook the dry earth

Coral under the sea,
grows beautiful and wild,
living for centuries.

Drain my mind
wont you?
With it the light
water will rush out,

If it ain't broke, don't fix it

I want to break into a million shards of glass
Everyone sees the splinters
they see the chips and scuffs on this old glass
